Hyderabad: Harish Rao criticized the Congress for causing severe droughts in Telangana and creating havoc for 60 years, saying that the Congress party has turned Telangana into a nightmare. He pointed out that while the Telangana movement was underway, Revanth Reddy, who had once been a supporter of Babu, now wants to speak about Krishna district without causing any harm to Babu. Harish Rao also mocked Revanth's claim that BRS had neglected the projects approved by Congress, calling it "The Joke of the Millennium." He reminded that Congress leaders themselves had delayed the Palamuru Rangareddy project by filing case after case for their political gain and disregarded technical matters.

Investigation on the Accident with Sitting Judge

Harish Rao further criticized the negligence regarding the SLBC (Srisailam Left Bank Canal) accident, stating that workers had warned but were ignored, pushing them into the death trap, resulting in the loss of their lives. He demanded an inquiry by a sitting judge to identify the culprits, accusing others of spreading falsehoods and empty sentiments. He condemned the reluctance to engage in serious work and emphasized that Telangana's misfortune lies in the failure to recognize the truth even after 15 months.

He also condemned the actions of Dubbaka MLA, Kotta Prabhakar, who allegedly went to Dubai for his daughter's wedding, calling it the peak of his disgraceful behavior. Harish Rao questioned whether it was true that Revanth Reddy had avoided visiting the SLBC accident site and instead traveled by helicopter for election campaigning, adding that Irrigation Minister failed to visit the site due to the lack of a helicopter, raising more doubts about their priorities.
